曲轴是压缩机上的重要零件,在运转中承受很大的交变弯曲应力及扭转应力。我厂生产的S-10/150型空气压缩机车质量是比较稳定的。近来,曾发生过曲轴断裂事故。从曲轴运转的时间和断裂部位来看,均在曲拐平面过渡圆角处。这种空气压缩机车,气举工作时间约300小时,工作压力为70~80公斤/厘米~2,最高为140公斤/厘米~2,是用于石油开采工程的油田管道试压、扫线、气举等主要设备。为了提高产品质量,找出曲轴断裂的原因,确保机器正常运转,我们曾召开有关技术人员对该空压机车曲轴制造工艺及使用维修等方面进行了综合分析,并提出了改进措施和注意事项。
