质量是企业的立足之本ISO8402:1994对质量的定义,“反映实体满足明确的隐含需要的能力的特性总和”。此定义文字描述较难领会,其主要意思指,质量必须满足用户及社会期望,必须以各种特性能力提供给用户以良好的信任度。要达此目标,必须十分注重企业的内功,包括技术、人才、管理等要素,以ISO9000族标准和质量体系来规范企业的运作。品牌是企业的发展之剑,是企业文化、企业精神、企业管理、企业质量等诸多因素的长年沉淀与积累,不能依赖一时的张扬。质量是战术性的,品牌是战略性的。战略指挥下的战术,战术成功保证战略的实现。一个成功的企业无不如此。
