本文报道了利用花粉管通道技术 ,将野生大豆 DNA直接导入受体栽培大豆。经分析、鉴定、选择、育成了集高产、优质、高蛋白于一体的新品种黑生 10 1,并经 RAPD( Random AmplifiedPolymorphic DNA)分子验证 ,证明供体 DNA片段确已进入受体。经连续 7年分析 ,黑生 10 1蛋白质含量超过 4 5% ,平均比受体高 1.76个百分点 ;球蛋白总量比受体高近 10个百分点 ,11S球蛋白超过了 70 % ;产量比标准品种提高 9.8% ,已于 1997年正式推广
This paper reports the use of pollen tube channel technology to introduce wild soybean DNA directly into the recipient cultivated soybean. After analysis, identification, selection and breeding, a new breed of black variety 10 1 with high yield, high quality and high protein has been bred and molecularly verified by RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) to prove that the donor DNA fragment has indeed entered the receptor. After 7 consecutive years of analysis, the protein content of black students 10 1 exceeded 45%, an average of 1.76 percentage points higher than that of the recipient; the total amount of globulin was 10% higher than that of the recipient and the percentage of 11S globulin exceeded 70% Variety increased by 9.8%, has been officially promoted in 1997
