TLC550型运梁车的转向、支腿液压系统采用负载敏感控制方式,通过力士乐LUDV多路阀控制转向液压缸和支腿液压缸同时动作。在出厂试验时发现,所有转向悬挂或液压支腿同时做转向或支腿伸缩动作时,系统正常;某一组转向液压缸或某一个支腿液压缸单独动作时,系统异常,动作缓慢或无动作。通过对故障现象和液压系统进行详细分析,结合LUDV多路阀的特性,确定故障原因为负载敏感系统压力反馈回路存在问题。将系统进行简化,在理论上分析解决办法,通过改变阻尼值、调整待命压力和更改反馈管径等措施,使故障得到解决。

Through the detailed analysis of the fault phenomena and the hydraulic system, combined with the characteristics of the LUDV multi-way valve, the cause of the malfunction is identified as the pressure feedback loop of the load-sensing system. The system is simplified, the solution is theoretically analyzed, and the fault can be solved by changing the damping value, adjusting the standby pressure and changing the diameter of the feedback pipe.
