人力资源管理专业是一门操作性和应用性很强的学科,因此,实践教学在整个专业教学体系中具有重要意义。本文通过对高职人力资源管理专业实践教学的必要性分析,总结出实践教学存在的问题,并提出人力资源管理专业实践教学改革的思路。
Human resource management is a highly practical and applied disciplines, therefore, practice teaching in the entire professional teaching system is of great significance. This paper analyzes the necessity of practical teaching of human resource management major in higher vocational colleges, summarizes the problems existing in practical teaching, and puts forward the idea of practical teaching reform of human resource management major.
