1999年我国广告体制的改革继续向前迈进,坚持发展与规范相结合,不断加强广告监管和取缔非法广告力度,认真推行行业自律与开展公益广告活动,使我国广告业取得显著成绩和健康发展。据有关部门统计,到1999年底,全国广告经营额达到6220506万元人民币,较上年增长15.66%。广告经、兼营单位达到64882户,广告从业人员587474人,分别比上年增长5.11%和1.49%。广告从业人员平均营业额达到10.59万元,增长13.99%。发展态势令人喜悦。
In 1999, the reform of China’s advertising system continued to move forward. It adhered to the combination of development and norms, continuously strengthened supervision of advertisements and banned illegal advertising, conscientiously carried out industry self-regulation and public service announcements, and made remarkable achievements and healthy development of China’s advertising industry. According to statistics from relevant departments, by the end of 1999, the national advertising revenue reached 62,205.06 million yuan, an increase of 15.66% over the previous year. Advertising by, run units reached 64882, 587474 advertising practitioners, respectively, an increase of 5.11% and 1.49% over the previous year. The average turnover of advertising practitioners reached 105,900 yuan, an increase of 13.99%. The development trend is delightful.
