Language anxiety is the unfavorable factor of language learning. This article begins with the classification and reason of anxiety, analyzes the influence of anxiety on language learners, and finally discusses how to alleviate the anxiety. It aims to explore an effective way to eliminate the anxiety of Mongolian students in English teaching .
