本文研究了大豆根瘤菌QB_(113)不同施用量对增产效果的影响。结果表明,处理2(0.4kg/a)施菌量适宜,根瘤数、根瘤鲜重比对照明显增加,叶面积系数适宜,干物质积累多,净光合生产率高。因此,单株荚数、粒数及单株粒重都显著提高,增产效果最好,差异达极显著水平。处理3(0.6kg/a)和处理1(0.25kg/a)虽然具有一定增产作用,但与对照相比,差异未达显著水平。
In this paper, the effects of different doses of soybean rhizobium QB_ (113) on yield increase were studied. The results showed that treatment 2 (0.4kg / a) had the best rate of application, the number of nodules and the fresh weight of root nodules increased obviously, the leaf area coefficient was suitable, the accumulation of dry matter was more and the net photosynthetic rate was higher. Therefore, the number of pods per plant, the number of grains per plant and grain weight per plant were significantly increased, with the highest yield increasing effect and the difference reaching the extremely significant level. Treatment 3 (0.6kg / a) and treatment 1 (0.25kg / a) did not reach a significant level as compared with the control although they had a certain amount of yield increase.
