目的探讨孤独症患儿的听觉诱发电位P50。方法应用美国Bravo脑电生理仪,采用条件刺激(S1)-测试刺激(S2)模式对32例孤独症患儿及40名正常对照组作了听觉P50检测,并于孤独症患儿治疗30周后进行P50随访。结果与正常对照组比较,孤独症患儿的P50抑制明显减弱。患儿组在治疗30周后随访时的P50主要指标与基线相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论听觉P50变化可能是孤独症患儿所具有的特定生物学指标之一。
Objective To investigate the auditory evoked potentials (P50) in children with autism. Methods The auditory P50 test was performed on 32 children with autism and 40 normal controls by using conditioned condition stimulus (S1) -test stimulus (S2) model using American Bravo electroencephalography apparatus. The children with autism were treated for 30 weeks After P50 follow-up. Results Compared with the normal control group, P50 inhibition in children with autism decreased significantly. There was no significant difference in P50 between the children group and the baseline after 30 weeks of treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion The change of auditory P50 may be one of the specific biological indicators of children with autism.
