钢弹簧浮置板轨道作为目前城市轨道减振降噪效果较好的道床形式,其应用日趋广泛。但目前国内的钢弹簧浮置板道床施工大多采用传统的人工散铺工艺,铺设速度一般只能达到6 m/d,原施工工艺已经不能满足目前的地铁建设速度。北京市轨道交通亦庄线钢弹簧浮置板施工中采用了“拼装一体化”施工工艺,通过对设备和机具的优化设计和改造,提高了机械化施工程度,加快了施工进度,铺设速度达20~30 m/d,实用效果良好。
