改革开放以来,经济有了飞速发展,小、中、大型企业如雨后春笋般崛起。各型企业的发展,带动了人力资源的绩效管理体系的成熟。人力资源绩效管理体系是对工作人员或即将工作的人员的工作能力的评估,可以制定其将来工作方向和目标。所以工程项目人力资源管理体系以及人力资源管理绩效体系,当然还有条件保障项目的绩效管理体系,在企业或公司的发展中发挥了不可磨灭的作用,对个人就业也有深远影响。
Since the reform and opening up, the economy has seen rapid development, and the small, medium and large enterprises have mushroomed. The development of various types of enterprises has led to the maturity of the human resources performance management system. Human resource performance management system is the assessment of the working ability of staff or forthcoming staff to work out their future direction and objectives. Therefore, the project human resource management system as well as the human resource management performance system, of course, the performance management system of conditional security projects has played an indelible role in the development of enterprises or companies and has far-reaching impact on individual employment.
