针对探尺系统工艺特点以及现有控制系统和控制方法存在的不足,提出一种基于S120变频器的炉顶探尺控制方法。采用速度闭环控制方式实现匀速放尺,保证探尺平稳运行;采用电动机转矩电流突变法精确捕捉料面;采用实时修改防倒垂力矩和跟随料面力矩设定值的变力矩控制方式实现探尺防倒垂控制和跟随料面控制;在探尺跟随料面过程中,通过料面下降速度实时判断高炉是否发生塌料、滑料、坐料等异常状况。该方法实现后,放尺过程快速平稳,捕捉料面准确,跟随料面实时,能应对塌料、滑料、坐料等异常炉况,确保探尺控制的快速性、稳定性和安全性。
According to the technical characteristics of the feeler system, as well as the existing control system and control methods, a control method based on S120 frequency converter is proposed. The speed closed-loop control method is adopted to realize the uniform ruler to ensure the smooth operation of the probe. The motor torque current catching method is used to accurately capture the material surface. The real-time modification of the anti-sagging torque and the variable torque control mode following the setting of the material face torque In the course of the probe to follow the material surface, through the material surface decline speed to determine in real time whether the blasting collapse, slippery material, the material and other abnormal conditions. After the method is implemented, the scale-lifting process is fast and stable, the material surface is accurately captured, the material surface is observed in real time, and the abnormal furnace conditions such as collapse materials, slippage and siting material can be dealt with to ensure the quickness, stability and safety of the dipstick control.
