餐检是餐饮服务食品安全检验,食品检验机构在餐饮服务食品安全监管实际操作中存在诸多问题,如缺乏餐饮服务食品安全检验专家型高端人才和基层复合型人才,餐饮服务食品安全检验仪器设备的匮乏,各级财政对餐饮服务食品安全检验投入较少,餐检认识的片面性,餐检在较短时间内无法达到快速,准确可靠的目的。建议:制定工作程序和标准,加大宣传,提高认识,提高技术服务水平,以期在短时间内消除各种隐患,达到食品安全的目的。
