为了提高危险天气下空域扇区利用率,减少航班延误,对扇区动态通行能力模型进行研究。首先,根据影响扇区的因素,阐述静态和动态通行能力的概念,综合扇区结构、偏置运行及管制员负荷,建立扇区静态通行能力模型,其中管制员负荷使用Tobii X2-60眼动仪测量。然后,针对危险天气等动态因素的影响,通过空域受阻率、绕飞时间、附加管制时间量化危险天气的影响程度,改进静态模型,建立绕飞条件下的扇区动态通行能力模型。通过三亚区域算例分析,改进模型可以有效反映扇区动态通行能力,结果与实际运行相符。
In order to improve the utilization rate of airspace sector in dangerous weather and reduce flight delays, the dynamic capacity of the sector is studied. First of all, according to the factors that affect the sector, the concept of static and dynamic capacity is expounded, and the static sector capacity model is established based on the sector structure, bias operation and controller load. The controller load is Tobii X2-60 Instrument measurement. Then, in view of the influence of dynamic factors such as dangerous weather, the static model is improved by quantifying the influence of dangerous weather through the airspace resistivity, time around the fly and additional control time, and the dynamic capacity of the sector under winding circumstance is established. Through the case study of Sanya region, the improved model can effectively reflect the sector dynamic capacity, and the result is in line with the actual operation.
