现代教学论日益注重教学过程中多种因素——学生、教师、教材、课堂、社会等的相互关联与相互作用,强调教学效果的优化,在于学科知识体系、教材体系、教法体系、学习与训练体系、检测与能力转换体系等诸多子系统的谐调,以形成教与学的完整的系统工程。基于整体性与综合性的新的教学观念,不能不重新思考并确立教师在整个教学过程中应处的位置。窃以为:教师在课堂教学中的主导性或创造性,实际体现为“桥”的作用;而“搭桥”的艺术贯穿于教学始终,联结起教学过程的各个要素与各个环节;教师创造性地构建各具特色的“桥”,恰是其教学艺术之所在。
Modern teaching theory pays more and more attention to the interrelation and interaction of many factors in the process of teaching - students, teachers, textbooks, classrooms, society and so on.
