文中理论和实证分析了中国各省人均能源消费量的收敛性,研究结果表明:1)中国各省人均能源消费量存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛。2)能源强度和非农产业占比的提升促进了中国各省人均能源消费量的收敛,但是人均GDP和城镇化率的提高并没有促进中国各省人均能源消费量的收敛。人民生活和经济发展离不开能源的消费,各省人均能源消费量的差异随着时间的推移而减少是人民生活和经济发展的必然要求,因此加快交通基础设施建设,促进中国各省人均能源消费的收敛势在必行。
The paper theoretically and empirically analyzes the convergence of per capita energy consumption in various provinces of China. The results show that: 1) The per capita energy consumption in China has both absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence. 2) The increase of energy intensity and the proportion of non-agricultural industries promoted the convergence of per capita energy consumption in all provinces in China, but the increase in per capita GDP and urbanization rate did not promote the convergence of per capita energy consumption in various provinces in China. The people’s life and economic development are inseparable from the consumption of energy. The difference in per capita energy consumption among different provinces declines with the passage of time, which is an inevitable requirement for people’s life and economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of transportation infrastructure and promote per capita energy consumption in various provinces in China Convergence is imperative.
