急性氯化钡中毒迄今报道较少,我们于2005年4月16日收治了61例因集体食用误掺氯化钡的面条而中毒的患者。现将治疗体会介绍如下。一、临床资料1.一般情况:61例中,男33例,女28例,年龄11～55岁,平均32岁。均在食用误掺氯化钡的面条后发病,2例餐后30 min 内发病(1例餐后10 min 发病),12例餐后2 h 内发病,46例餐后3～5 h 内发病,最迟1例餐后6 h 发病。2.症状、体征及诊断:消化道症状为首发症状,上腹部不
