目的基于双波长还原检测法构建微型化血液中CO检测专用仪。方法装置以发光二极管(LED)为光源,结合半透半反镜对LED光强进行校正,聚醚醚酮(PEEK)模块制作检测通路,辅以光电转换、数据处理、结果显示等组件。结果整机重量仅为540 g,尺寸为14 cm×12 cm×6.3 cm;检测池体积小于10μL,总样品消耗量小于400μL,有效光程10 mm,检测时间小于5分钟。结论可满足临床及刑侦对血液中CO含量现场快速检测的需求。
Objective To build a CO detector-specific instrument for miniature blood based on dual-wavelength reduction detection. Method The device uses light-emitting diode (LED) as the light source, combined with half-mirror to correct the LED light intensity, PEEK module makes the detection path, complemented by photoelectric conversion, data processing, result display and other components. Results The whole machine weighs only 540 g and measures 14 cm × 12 cm × 6.3 cm. The test cell volume is less than 10 μL, the total sample consumption is less than 400 μL, the effective optical path length is 10 mm and the test time is less than 5 minutes. Conclusions The clinical and criminal investigation can meet the demand of fast detection of CO in blood.
