随着师资力量不断扩充,青年教师的专业成长成为教育管理者关注的焦点。各校对青年教师的培养动足了脑筋,但对中老年教师的培养明显用力不够。尤其到了新一轮的课改实践,中老年教师身上暴露出来的种种问题,迫切需要我们教育管理者把中青年教师的培养纳入学校师资队伍整体提高的视野。这样,中老年教师也一定能成为学校可持续性发展的有生力量。
With the continuous expansion of teacher resources, the professional growth of young teachers has become the focus of education managers. Each school has a lot of enthusiasm for the training of young teachers, but it is not enough to train middle-aged and older teachers. Especially in the new round of curriculum reform, the problems exposed by middle-aged and old-aged teachers urgently require our education administrators to incorporate the cultivation of middle-aged and young teachers into the overall improvement of school teachers. In this way, middle-aged and old-aged teachers can certainly become a living force for the sustainable development of the school.
