本文以“目的性抽样”为原则,选取41位在北京工作的中学特级教师为研究对象,以质的研究方法,探究了优秀教师专业发展的动力构成。研究表明,特级教师专业发展动力构成要素包括对教育的热爱、成就感和责任感,并具有互构性、生成性和内在性的特征。质性方法对教师专业发展动力研究有重要启示。
Based on the principle of “purposive sampling”, this paper chooses 41 top-level teachers who work in Beijing as the research object and probes into the motive force of the excellent teachers’ professional development with qualitative research methods. The research shows that the elements of the motivation of special teachers include the love, sense of accomplishment and sense of responsibility for education, which are characterized by mutual construction, generativeness and internalization. The qualitative approach has important implications for the study of teachers’ professional development.
