2012年5月9—21日洪泽县黄集镇中心小学发生一起多发性、聚集性流感样病例,计22例,罹患率为19.1‰。我们对这起事件进行了流行病学调查和处理,现将结果报告如下。1疫情概况5月9日黄集镇中心小学1名学生发热伴畏寒、头疼、咽痛和乏力,体温最高达39.5℃,在黄集中心卫生院就诊,13日痊愈。由于是个案病例,且病程短而未引起学校和卫生院的重视。此后,陆续发生病例,到21日有较多病例出现时,方引起校方的注意,向相关单位报告疫情。 On May 9-21, 2012, 22 cases of multiple and clustered influenza-like illness occurred in Huangji Town Central Primary School, Hongze County.
