大功率脉冲功率电源通常由多个模块组成,连接电源与耗能装置的汇流排在电气性能和机械性能上均有很高要求。为此,针对MA级电磁轨道发射的应用,研究了MA级的盘式汇流技术,设计了盘式汇流装置,为工程建设提供依据。首先,从满足电气性能和机械性能2方面考虑,建立了1种MA级盘式汇流排的模型。然后计算了这种汇流排的电感、通流能力、电气连接等电气性能,并对汇流排模型工作状态下所受的电应力进行了仿真计算,根据计算结果,参考性能需求,提出设计方案。最后通过试验检验所设计汇流排的各项性能。多次试验表明,MA级盘式汇流排工作可靠,性能稳定,可满足电磁发射系统需求;也证明这种盘式MA级汇流排设计思路合理可行。提出了进一步改进该设计的方向应为汇流排的小型化和接口标准化。
High-power pulsed power supply usually consists of multiple modules, and the busbar connecting the power supply and the energy consuming device has high electrical and mechanical performance requirements. Therefore, for the application of the MA-level electromagnetic orbit launch, MA-level disk convergence technology is studied, and disc-type bus convergence device is designed to provide the basis for the project construction. First of all, to meet the electrical performance and mechanical properties of 2 considerations, the establishment of a MA-class disk busbars model. Then the electrical performance of the busbar such as the inductance, the flow capacity and the electrical connection are calculated. The electric stress under the working condition of the busbar model is simulated. According to the calculation results and the performance requirements, the design scheme is proposed. Finally, we test the performance of the designed busbar by test. Several tests show that the MA-class disc bus is reliable and stable in performance, which can meet the needs of the electromagnetic transmitting system. It also proves that the design idea of this MA-class bus bar is reasonable and feasible. Proposed to further improve the design direction should be the miniaturization of the bus and the interface standardization.
