细胞骨架(cytoskeleton,CSK)作为细胞膜及细胞核内侧面的一种纤维状蛋白网状支架结构,在细胞感知并传导机械力信号中起到了重要作用;胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)-整合素-CSK-细胞核网络如何将正畸机械力刺激转化为生物化学信号、从而导致骨改建成为目前研究的热点。
Cytoskeleton (CSK), a fibrous network of scaffolds located in the cell membrane and the nucleus, plays an important role in cellular sensing and transduction of mechanical force signals. Extracellular matrix (ECM) How the CSK-nucleus network converts orthodontic mechanic stimulation into biochemical signals, which leads to bone remodeling has become the hotspot of current research.
