1979年11月,我们与国家水产总局渔业机械仪器研究所一起,在嘉定县封浜和上海县颛桥两公社的水产大队,进行猪粪发酵料喂饲鲤鱼试验,现报导如下。材料与方法 (一)猪粪发酵料的制备 1.第一、二批猪粪取自本院畜牧试验场,第三批取自封浜公社水产大队猪场。配方用猪粪480公斤,米糠100公斤,麸皮120公斤,谷壳粉100公斤。 2.第一、二批试验,将上述配料加菌种(日本赠)1250克,搅拌均匀,装入发酵机内,使温度逐步上升到45～50℃,维持10～12小时,再加温至100℃,蒸汽消毒10～15分钟,以杀死病毒、细菌和寄生虫卵,并防止再度发酵,然后冷却备用。第三批试验,将上述配料
