目的了解甲状腺激素对骨代谢的影响,指导临床常见骨病骨质疏松症的治疗。方法采用手术切除家兔甲状腺并对其骨的物理学和组织学方面进行实验研究。通过外源性甲状腺激素的替代治疗观察其疗效。结果实验证明甲状腺激素减少或缺乏可致骨质疏松,T4的替代治疗可部分抑制骨质减少。结论在T3、T4水平相同时,甲状腺全切后的家兔骨质减少可能是由于降钙素缺乏所致。
Objective To understand the effect of thyroid hormones on bone metabolism and guide the treatment of common osteoporosis in clinical practice. Methods Rabbit thyroid was excised surgically and the physical and histological aspects of the bone were studied. Through the treatment of exogenous thyroid hormone replacement therapy to observe its efficacy. Results Experiments show that reduced or lack of thyroid hormone can cause osteoporosis, T4 alternative therapy can partially inhibit osteopenia. Conclusions At the same level of T3 and T4, the osteopenia in rabbits after total thyroidectomy may be due to the lack of calcitonin.
