人才是企业长期发展的核心力量,人力资源管理在企业管理中占据着重要的位置,而绩效考核作为一项专业化的工作绩效评价方式,对优化企业人力资源具有积极的影响。为了使我国人力资源管理可以得到进一步的提升,使我国企业都可持续发展,制定合理的绩效考核标准是至关重要的。本文围绕当前人力资源管理中存在的问题,进一步探讨了绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用价值。
Talent is the core force of the long-term development of enterprises. Human resource management occupies an important position in business management. As a professional performance evaluation method, performance appraisal has a positive impact on the optimization of human resources. In order to make China’s human resources management can be further improved, so that our enterprises are sustainable development, the development of a reasonable performance appraisal standards is crucial. This paper focuses on the current problems in human resource management and further explores the application of performance appraisal in human resource management.
