化学修饰电极的研究及应用已引起人们的广泛关注及极大兴趣。目前常见的铜离子化学修饰电极多为伏安型,而电位型的较少见。本文研制了吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐(APDC)碳糊修饰电极,并对电极性能进行了研究,结果表明,该电极在pH2.5的硫酸溶液中对Cu~(2+)具有电位响应,可作为化学传感器,应用于Cu~(2+)的测定。 1 试验部分 1.1 仪器与试剂 PXSJ—216型离子活度计,232型饱和甘汞电极作参比电极,APDC碳糊修饰电极作指示电极。 铜标准溶液:0.01mol·L~(-1),用CuSO_4·5H_2O配制。 碳粉为光谱纯,APDC、液体石蜡均为分析纯。 1.2 APDC碳糊修饰电极的制备
Research and application of chemically modified electrodes have aroused widespread concern and great interest. At present, the common copper ion chemical modified electrode mostly voltammetric, and the potential type is rare.
