研究祖师麻基原植物黄瑞香种子休眠与萌发特性,以期为黄瑞香种子人工繁育提供依据。以祖师麻基原植物黄瑞香种子为材料,研究了浓硫酸、GA3与6-BA对黄瑞香种子萌发的影响,不同层积时间对黄瑞香种子萌发的影响。结果表明,98%浓硫酸酸蚀60min时,黄瑞香种子的发芽率较高,达16.29%;6mg/L 6B-A+250mg/L GA3处理种子,发芽率最高,达17.527%;低温层积60d以后,随着层积时间的延长,黄瑞香种子发芽率大幅上升,层积125d时,发芽率高达33.64%。综合分析,GA3与6-BA及浓硫酸处理种子虽能释放休眠,但均不能有效的破除休眠;低温层积可有效打破黄瑞香种子休眠。黄瑞香种子休眠属复合休眠,低温层积处理可有效促进种子萌发。
To study the characteristics of dormancy and germination of the seeds of the genus Marjoram, the original plant of the genus Marjoram, in order to provide the basis for artificial breeding of the seeds of Marjoram. This paper studied the effects of concentrated sulfuric acid, GA3 and 6-BA on the seed germination of Huangruihuang, and the effects of different stratification time on the seed germination of Huangruihong. The results showed that the seeds germinated at 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 60min, the germination rate was 16.29%, and the germination rate was highest at 17.527% with 6mg / L 6B-A + 250mg / L GA3. After 60 days, with the extension of stratification time, the seed germination rate of Huangruihuang rose sharply, and the germination rate reached as high as 33.64% when stratified for 125 days. Comprehensive analysis, GA3 and 6-BA and concentrated sulfuric acid seeds can release dormancy, but can not effectively remove the dormancy; low temperature stratification can effectively break the dormant seed Huangrui. Huang Ruihong dormancy is a composite dormancy dormancy, cold stratification treatment can effectively promote seed germination.
