本文研究了侧柏、油松、马尾松、红松、核桃、川楝、油桐、杉木,合欢、皂荚、元宝枫等十一个树木种子软 X 射线最佳摄影条件。对其中七个树种X 射线照片提出了判读的技术标准。依据 X 射线照片预先估测油松等三个树种的优良度、病虫害感染程度和发芽能力,并和常规的检验方法比较,二者没有显著差异。试验结果表明:用软 X 射线摄影检验种子具有快速、可靠而又无损种子的优点。
In this paper, the best soft X-ray photography conditions of eleven tree seeds including oriental arborvitae, Pinus tabulaeformis, Pinus massoniana, Korean pine, walnut, Chinese melon, Tung tree, Chinese fir, Acacia, acacia and Yuanbao maple were studied. Seven of the tree species X-ray pictures proposed technical standards for interpretation. According to the X-ray photographs, the excellentness, pest infestation and germination ability of three species of Pinus tabulaeformis were estimated beforehand, and there was no significant difference between the two methods. The test results show that using soft X-ray photography to test seeds has the advantages of fast, reliable and nondestructive seeds.
