焦油的分离和某些有机化工生产中,常常涉及到甲基吡啶类化合物的分析问题。对于这类化合物的气相色谱分析方法的研究报导已有不少;象甘油、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇以及某些聚脂是这类化合物的气相色谱分析研究经常提到的固定液。但这些固定液或者使用温度不高,或者选择性欠佳而不理想。一些长链脂肪酸盐,对甲基吡啶异构体的分离证明是有效的。例如,用硬脂酸镁作固定相,可在5分钟内分离β-和γ-甲基吡啶,而α-甲基吡啶和2,6-二甲基吡啶则分不开。
Tar separation and some organic chemical production, often involves the analysis of methyl pyridine compounds. There have been quite a few reports on the gas chromatographic analysis of these compounds. Glycerol, triethanolamine, polyethylene glycol, and some polyesters are often mentioned fixatives for gas chromatographic analysis of such compounds. However, these fixatives are either not very warm or have poor selectivity and are not ideal. Some long-chain fatty acid salts, the separation of picoline isomers proved to be effective. For example, with magnesium stearate as the stationary phase, β- and γ-picoline can be separated in 5 minutes while α-picoline and 2,6-lutidine are inseparable.
