尽管中小学教师科研能力一直受到教育学者和教育类期刊编辑的批评和怀疑,但特色不能抹杀,主要表现为文本体裁个性化、教育叙事研究为主要表达方式、文章内容朴实易懂。编辑需要排除对中小学教师科研创作的旧有观点的局限,来和中小学教师建立双向沟通交流协商的合作关系,在其编辑环节中起到推动和激励其发展的作用。
Although the ability of primary and secondary school teachers has always been criticized and questioned by educational scholars and editors of educational journals, their characteristics can not be denied. The primary manifestation is the individuality of the genre of texts and the study of educational narratives. The content of the essay is easy to understand. Editors need to exclude the limitations of the old viewpoints of primary and secondary school teachers’ research creations to establish a cooperative relationship with primary and secondary school teachers in bidirectional communication and negotiation and play a role in promoting and stimulating their development in their editing sessions.
