国內已修建隧道整体道床二百余公里,大部分运营良好,仅个别地段出现了一些病害。今后如何消除病害,做好隧道整体道床,是一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文阐明了整体道床发生病害的原因;指出整体道床基底状态、地下水的作用和施工质量对整体道能否正常运营起有主要作用。文內叙述了整体道床振动试验的部分结果,说明基底状态影响道床振动,并得出了在基底正常和不正常状态下的整体道床振动的经验数据,还对整体道床强度进行了核算,得出基底形变模量E_0与整体道床应力的关系,从而为现行整体道床的适用范围提供了依据。本文综合考虑了整体道床多年来的运营情况、病害原因、振动试验和工作应力等因素,对整体道床断面设计提出了改进意见,并提出了提高施工质量的要求。
The domestic tunnel tunnel has been built more than 200 km, most of which are in good condition with some diseases occurring in some areas. How to eliminate the disease in the future and do a good job in tunneling the whole track bed is an urgent problem to be solved. This article clarifies the causes of the disease in the whole road bed and points out that the status of the whole bed basement, the role of groundwater and the quality of construction play a major role in the normal operation of the whole road. Part of the results of the vibration test of the whole bed are described in this paper. The results show that the condition of the bed affects the vibration of the bed, and the empirical data of the whole bed vibration under normal and abnormal conditions are also obtained. The relationship between basement deformation modulus E_0 and total ballast stress, which provides a basis for the current application of the overall ballast bed. This paper comprehensively considers the operational conditions, disease causes, vibration tests and work stress of the whole ballast bed for many years, puts forward some suggestions on the design of the whole ballast bed section, and puts forward the requirements of improving the construction quality.
