In recent years, our department has employed nurses to alleviate the shortage of nurses. We adopted the principle of scientific guidance and reasonable teaching. Through the efforts of all nurses, we were rated as Excellent Nursing Team for two consecutive years and both were rated as Outstanding Nurses. 1 The main approach 1.1 Occupational Attitude Education Division I nurse average age 21 years old.
