职业倦怠是世界范围内现代社会市场竞争下的产物,它的三大表现特征正日益困扰着高校图书馆员的心绪,已严重制约着当前高校图书馆事业的健康发展。本文通过宏观理论联系微观实际,详尽剖析了馆员产生职业倦怠的缘由,认为加强利用激励管理,人本管理等才是有效消除职业倦怠的根本之策。
Occupational burnout is a product of the market competition in modern society around the world. Its three performance characteristics are increasingly plaguing the librarians in colleges and universities, which has severely restricted the healthy development of the current university library. In this paper, macroscopical theory linked with micro-reality, a detailed analysis of the causes of job burnout librarians think that to strengthen the use of incentive management, human-based management is the effective elimination of occupational burnout basic strategy.
