针对30mm厚木板红外干燥实验结果,进行了物料三阶段(加热段、恒速段和降速段)的分析,且在实际工程应用中获得明显效益。用大量动态测试数据和简化的非稳态传热传质方程分析了采用优化操作条件实现厚木板红外干燥过程的节能、省时和优质,同时证明可以采用新的无因次准则方程和三阶段理论来研究物料干燥过程。
According to the experimental results of the infrared dryness of 30mm thick wood, the analysis of the three stages of material (heating section, constant speed section and deceleration section) is carried out, and the obvious benefit is obtained in the practical engineering application.
