研究对芡实壳中矿质元素和芡实壳挥发油中挥发性化学成分进行检测,并进一步采用薄层层析鉴定芡实壳提取物中三萜类化合物。样品预处理后经高氯酸-硝酸消解,再用原子吸收光谱仪(AAS)测定矿质元素的含量,采用气质联用(GC-MS)方法检测芡实壳提取物中挥发性成分,以1:1浓硫酸-甲醇为显色剂对芡实壳提取物进行硅胶薄层层析,鉴定三萜类化合物。实验测得了芡实壳中Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Pb、Cd等元素的含量,检测出11种挥发性化学成分,主要为邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯,2-(十八烷氧基)-醇等,鉴定出芡实壳中含有三萜类化合物成分。实验结果表明,芡实壳富含Ca和Fe,含有多种挥发性有机物和三萜类化合物,实验的结论可为芡实壳资源的开发研究提供参考。
In this study, the chemical constituents of the volatile components in the mineral elements and the solid shell of Castanopsis fissa were assayed, and the triterpenoids in the extract of Castanopsis xylophilus were identified by TLC. Samples were pretreated with perchloric acid - nitric acid digestion, and then by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) determination of mineral elements, GC-MS method was used to detect the volatile components of the extract of Castanopsis Sausages to 1: 1 Concentration of sulfuric acid - methanol as a reagent on the solid shell extract silica gel TLC, identification of triterpenoids. The contents of Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cd and other elements were measured experimentally. Eleven kinds of volatile chemical constituents were detected, mainly dioctyl phthalate, (Octadecyloxy) -alcohol, etc., and it was identified that the real shell contains the triterpenoid component. The experimental results show that the real shell is rich in Ca and Fe, contains a variety of volatile organic compounds and triterpenoids, the experimental conclusion can provide reference for the development and research of the shell resources.
