文中就合金元素W、Ni及预热温度对15MnVN钢焊缝金属组织和韧性的影响进行了试验和分析。在Si—Mn—Ti—B系焊缝金属中加入0.16~0.36%W,在不预热条件下焊接,焊缝金属组织接近最佳状态,因而具有较高的韧性。而Ni在0.67%以下时没有显示出好的影响。 预热是左右焊缝金属冷却条件的因素之一。预热对焊缝金属显微组织和韧性可能显示出好的影响,也可能显示出坏的影响。这要取决于焊缝金属的化学成分。因此,要想获得最佳的组织状态和高的韧性,必须有化学成分和冷却条件的配合。
The effects of W, Ni and preheating temperature on the microstructure and toughness of 15MnVN steel weld metal were investigated and analyzed. In the Si-Mn-Ti-B series of weld metal by adding 0.16 ~ 0.36% W, without preheating conditions of welding, weld metal organization close to the best condition, which has high toughness. While Ni below 0.67% did not show a good effect. Preheating is one of the factors behind the cooling conditions of the weld metal. Preheating may show good or bad effects on weld metal microstructure and toughness. It depends on the chemical composition of the weld metal. Therefore, in order to obtain the best state of organization and high toughness, there must be a combination of chemical composition and cooling conditions.
