以变质玉米、尿素为原料,采用挤压膨化技术制备缓释氮肥.结果表明,决定缓释效果的关键因素--糊化度随模口半径增大下降,产量提高;扫描电镜对膨化结构进行表征,结果呈均匀网状多孔结构,尿素被膨化变质玉米形成的网状结构包裹;淋溶法测试缓释性能数据表明,释放90%尿素养分,膨化缓释氮肥(变质玉米:尿素=2:3,wt)释放时间约为普通尿素5倍.
The modified corn and urea were used as raw materials to prepare slow-release nitrogen fertilizer by extrusion technology.The results showed that the gelatinization degree decreased with the increase of die radius and increased the yield.
