该文论述了在2000MHz的VCO中用同一只微波晶体管稳定地产生f_1和f_2两个信号频率,并利用牵引实现f_1和f_2的倍数关系,以及谐波输出功率远大于基波输出功率,当基波频率受压控时,谐波频率也相应跟踪的原理。文中第一次提出了实现上述条件的理论等效模型图和等效电路,同时文章还简述了2000MHz微波锁相调频环的设计,参数选取和实验数据,并分析了实验结果,给出了实际的电路方框图。
This paper discusses the stable frequency of f_1 and f_2 generated by the same microwave transistor in a VCO of 2000MHz and utilizes the traction to achieve the multiple relationship between f_1 and f_2 and the harmonic output power is much larger than the fundamental output power. When the wave frequency is under voltage control, the harmonic frequency is also tracked accordingly. The theoretical equivalent model diagram and equivalent circuit to achieve the above conditions are proposed for the first time in the paper. At the same time, the design, parameter selection and experimental data of 2000MHz PLL are briefly described. The experimental results are also given. The actual circuit block diagram.
