外周动静脉同步换血已成功地应用于新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗,目前换血量多主张为新生儿全部血容量的2倍,即150-180 ml/kg(本文称之为双倍量换血),我院早年也多采用双倍量换血法,近年来开始尝试在临床实践中减少部分高胆红素血症患儿的换血量,为探索单倍量换血(换血量约等于新生儿全部血容量)是否亦能达到同样的效果,本文对2003年1月至2004年8月住院的14例高胆红素血症患儿单倍量换血的疗效进行了回顾。
