在学术研究领域,游客行为被旅游学者作为研究课题的主角。通过拜访特定旅游目的地的频率来分析、研究旅游市场,能够对旅游者的行为进行更深层次的研究和理解。众多研究指出,旅游目的地的饮食体验成为游客对特定旅游目的地难以忘怀的重要因素之一。本文采用问卷调查法研究首访游客和回头客在西安的饮食体验的差别。研究结果表明,这两个游客群体在旅游地饮食体验上确实存在差异,不同的因素会影响不同游客群体的旅游体验。希望能够给旅游开发者和旅游营销人员在制定营销策略时提供一些参考性建议。
In the field of academic research, tourist behavior is used by tourism scholars as the protagonists of research topics. By visiting the frequency of a particular destination to analyze and study the tourism market, tourists can conduct a deeper study and understanding of their behavior. Numerous studies have pointed out that the eating experience of tourist destinations is one of the important factors that tourists can not forget about a particular tourist destination. This paper uses questionnaires to study the difference between the first-time visitors and repeat customers in Xi’an. The results show that there is indeed a difference between the two tourist groups in the experience of eating in tourist destinations. Different factors may affect the tourism experience of different tourist groups. Hope to give travel developers and travel marketers to provide some reference suggestions in the development of marketing strategy.
