试图探寻体育锻炼行为与锻炼感受之间的交互关系。主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对四川省普通高校1336名本科生的课余体育锻炼行为及锻炼后的情绪体验状况进行调研与分析。研究得知,四川省普通高校本科学生体育锻炼行为结构整体上呈橄榄型,男性、低年级组学生参与课余体育锻炼的人数比例更高,但处于规律锻炼行为阶段的比例相对较低;学生锻炼坚持行为处于中等水平,在性别、年级间均存在显著性差异,且女性、高年级组学生锻炼坚持行为水平相对较高;学生参与课余体育锻炼后的情绪体验较积极,不同锻炼活动方式的情绪体验存在显著差异,不同性别、年级的学生锻炼后的积极幸福感均存在显著差异;锻炼坚持行为与锻炼后的积极情绪体验存在正相关,与消极情绪体验呈负相关。
Trying to explore the interaction between physical exercise and exercise feelings. There was significant difference in active well-being between students of different genders and grades after exercise. There was a positive correlation between exercise-insisting behavior and positive emotion experience after exercise, and a negative correlation with negative emotion experience.
