在具有模拟或数控系统(保证纵向和径向进给符合鼓形齿形状的要求)的滚齿机上可加工鼓形齿齿轮。目前生产中所采用的方法是需要不断改变滚刀与被加工齿轮(以下称工件)之间的中心距,这样须使工作台或刀架作补充换向直线运动,致使机床刚性和加工精度降低。此外,重量大的执行机构移动的距离很小,保证其运动的平稳性(影响齿侧面的平滑性)在技术上也有难度。最好的方法是在加工时滚刀与工件之间保持固定中心距,这时可有两种方式(见图1)。
Drum gears can be machined on a hobbing machine with an analogue or numerical control system (ensuring that the longitudinal and radial infeed meet the requirements of the crowning). At present, the method used in production is to continuously change the center distance between the hob and the gear to be machined (hereinafter referred to as the workpiece), so that the worktable or the turret must be supplemented to change the rectilinear motion to reduce the rigidity and machining accuracy of the machine tool . In addition, the heavy actuator moves very little distance to ensure the smoothness of its movement (affecting the smoothness of the tooth flanks) is also technically difficult. The best way is to maintain a fixed center distance between the hob and the workpiece during machining, there are two ways (Figure 1).
