随着人力资源管理战略地位在企业中逐渐提高,越来越多的企业,尤其是大型国有企业开始重视人力资源管理,将员工的培训与开发放置在吸引留住人才的关键位置。当下企业在培训工作中出现的缺乏科学的培训需求分析、培训效果评估机制等严重影响了企业培训效益。所以本文根据国有D企业培训中存在的问题,提出了培训建议。
With the strategic position of human resources management in enterprises gradually increased, more and more enterprises, especially large state-owned enterprises, have begun to place emphasis on human resources management and placed staff training and development at key positions to attract and retain qualified personnel. The current lack of scientific training needs analysis, training effectiveness evaluation mechanism appeared in the training of enterprises seriously affected the effectiveness of enterprise training. Therefore, according to the problems existed in the training of state-owned D enterprises, this paper puts forward the training suggestions.
