寒来暑往,细数自己任教导主任的8年里,感慨颇多。在这八年的历练中,我慢慢总结出如何才能做好教导主任工作,走出一条属于教导主任的幸福之路。记得刚刚从一名当了7年班主任转型为教导主任的日子里,失落颇多。记忆最深的是那个教师节,班主任总会有很多学生的祝福,可是教导主任却没有人问津。一时间感觉很失落。作为教导主任,每天都是听课,指导教师上课,检查教案,学生本簿……都在忙着这些事务性工作,没有一刻清闲的时候。再也感觉不到一节课 Cold to summer, the breakdown of their own teaching director eight years, feeling a lot. In these eight years of experience, I slowly summed up how to do a good job teaching director, out of a path of happiness belonging to the director of education. I remember that I was losing a lot from the transition from a seven-year class teacher to a teaching director. The deepest memory is that Teacher’s Day, the class teacher will always have a lot of students’ blessing, but the teaching director but nobody cares. For a time I feel very lost. As a teaching director, every day is a lecture, instruct teachers to attend classes, check the lesson plans, student book ... ... are busy with these business work, there is no moment of leisure time. Never feel a lesson again
