采用“反复残差法”可对一些较为简单的双线性时间序列进行拟合，建立相应的双线笥差分模型。机床爬行是一种非线性自激振动现象，通过对试验结果的观察，发现机床爬行表现出双线性特征，实测信号的建模及其非线性特征分析说明双线性时序分析为研究机床爬行等工程中出现的非线性现象了一个有用的工具。
