目的制定陕产百里香的质量标准,为该药的资源开发利用提供研究资料。方法采用薄层色谱法对百里香中的同分异构体麝香草酚和香荆芥酚进行了定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法测定百里香中的同分异构体麝香草酚和香荆芥酚的含量。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰,重复性好;气相色谱法测定麝香草酚在0.0212~0.1908 mg/mL,(R2=0.999),香荆芥酚在0.008716~0,52296 mg/mL(R2=0.9996)之间浓度和峰面积之间具有良好的线性范围。结论该方法简便可行,重复性好,可作为百里香药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Shan-shan, and provide the research materials for the development and utilization of this medicine. Methods The isomers Thymol and Nepetigmine in Thyme were identified by TLC. The content of isomers Thymol and Carnosol in Thyme were determined by gas chromatography. Results The TLC spots were clear and the repeatability was good. Thymol was detected by gas chromatography at 0.0212 ~ 0.1908 mg / mL (R2 = 0.999), with 0.008716 ~ 0,52296 mg / mL (R2 = 0.9996) Between the concentration and peak area has a good linear range. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method of Thyme herbs.
