为了能够提高数控机床热误差补偿的精度和效率,深入研究了利用小波神经网络对数控机床进行热误差补偿的方法。首先,提出了小波神经网络的数学模型;然后,提出了基于遗传算法的小波神经网络模型的训练方法;最后,以数控铣床为例,利用小波神经网络对其进行了热误差补偿计算,并且得出了精度较高的数控机床的小波神经网络预报结果。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of thermal error compensation of CNC machine tools, the method of thermal error compensation of CNC machine tool by wavelet neural network is deeply studied. First of all, a mathematical model of wavelet neural network is proposed. Then, a training method of wavelet neural network model based on genetic algorithm is proposed. Finally, taking numerical control milling machine as an example, the thermal error compensation is calculated by wavelet neural network Out of the higher precision numerical control machine tool wavelet neural network forecast results.
