为使水电富集地区供需平衡和富余水电消纳计算分析更加准确合理,提出了一种月度电量平衡方法,以月度典型日负荷模型建立为基础,将水电工作位置安排过程转化为多目标优化问题,考虑了最大出力、平均出力及火电开机三方面约束条件,采用速度跟踪粒子群优化算法进行电源最优位置安排,根据水电容量电量的利用情况,结合工程实践分类别研究了水电富余电量计算及其消纳的方法,并通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。
In order to make the supply and demand balance and surplus hydropower consumption calculation and analysis in hydropower areas more accurate and reasonable, a monthly power balance method is proposed. Based on the monthly typical daily load model, the hydropower work location is transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem , Considering the constraints of maximum output, average output and thermal power switch-on, the speed-tracing particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize the location of power supply. According to the utilization of hydropower capacity and the classification of engineering practice, The method of elimination is validated by an example. The validity and practicability of the proposed method are verified.
