目前我校数控机(车)床较少,实训学生较多,满足不了单人单机操作的要求。学生实训虽考核等级工,但离工厂实际生产还有很大一段距离,学校实训教学和企业生产脱节,致使学生毕业进工厂还需要重头再学习,单纯的实际动手操作缺乏科学的理论指导,在出现尺寸超差之后学生也不能及时去分析和解决,而且平时枯燥的专业理论课学生兴趣较差,也比较难理解,以致于学生理论基础较为薄弱,实际分析问题和解决问题的能力较差。
